    Hi ya'll! Thanks so much for visiting my site! I am a natural light portrait photographer in Central Arkansas and I absolutely adore documenting life through my lens. I cannot describe the amount of joy it brings me to capture people and what an honor it is to me when someone entrusts me with creating memories for their family for years to come.

    Photography is so much more than “just taking pictures”… it’s about telling a story – your story.
    It’s capturing the way your daughter has started scrunching her nose in the cutest way when she laughs, and the way she loves to stand on daddy’s feet when they dance. It’s capturing the way your baby boy loves to grab his toes and try to fit them in his mouth, and the sweet way he tilts his head when he smiles at you. It’s freezing these fleeting details and precious moments in time so that you can treasure them for a lifetime.

    I love documenting the giggles, the hugs, the squeals of excitement, the wonder in a child's eyes, the mutual love and respect in a relationship, the excitement of a newly engaged couple or an expectant mommy, the pure miracle of the tiniest human beings!

Peach Orchard

I’ve been talking and talking about these peach trees, but now you can see why!:) The Orchard is always a lovely place to have a session, but in the spring, the trees are just beautiful!  Thank you so much to the Garis family for graciously letting me hold many many sessions there!  If you haven’t been in the summer for peaches and other wonderful fruits and vegetables, you are missing out!!  Collins Peach Orchard is where it’s at!  Well, my niece was over to play today and I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to have her model for me!  She’s growing up way too fast!

I love seeing the special blossoms that are unique to each little section of the country. Cherry blossoms in DC, bluebonnets in Texas and these peach blossoms are simply gorgeous! What a beauty your niece is and I can just feel the spring breezes and that hint of summer in the air. The very first image is just captivating!

Easter

I couldn’t resist the opportunity to post pictures of my sweet girl all dressed up this weekend for easter!  It was such a drab weekend though!  Blah!  Easter is supposed to be sunshine and warmth and outside easter egg hunts!  And we got a cold, rainy, wet weekend!

Oh well, we still had fun dressing Ryleigh up for her first egg hunt and we had a great time visiting with all our family!

beautiful image boxes

So I just wanted to do a little blog post to show you guys one of my favorite products!  I’ve been offering image boxes for several years now and my clients and I both LOVE them!!  I love offering these beautiful image boxes because they are such a unique way to display your images from your session… and I love the versatility of being able to change out which pictures are on display!

The prints are printed on black styrene which is perfect for displaying them on a easel that comes with the box..  check out the pictures to see more!
